April A. Aandal joined the Financial Advisor Services group as a regional director in 2004. In that capacity, she works with the regional directors and advisors in the US and Canada to establish advisor study groups. These groups provide a forum for financial advisors otherwise unaffiliated with each other to network and learn from each other's applications and uses of Dimensional funds.
Previously, April was the vice president of professional development for Assante Asset Management, where she was responsible for the development and delivery of relevant professional development programs for financial advisors. She has been in the financial services industry since 1985 in various sales, leadership, and educational roles, including thirteen years with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
