As a portfolio manager in Dimensional's US equity group, Grady M. Smith has extensive experience managing domestic equity funds as well as the firm's global funds of funds. Grady also structures tax-managed US equity funds and global separate accounts to limit clients' taxable income and capital gains. Prior to joining Dimensional in 2001, he spent more than twenty years as a management consultant, most recently working as a principal for William M. Mercer, Inc.
A CFA Charterholder, Grady earned his MBA in 2001 from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and his B.A. in economics in 1978 from Stanford University.
