Before investing in a fund offered by Dimensional Ltd., every interested investor should read the relevant prospectus. The prospectus contains complete information about the funds, their investment policies, their fees, investment risks, and other information that prospective investors should know before investing in these funds.
Dimensional Ltd. offers two families of funds to eligible UK resident investors. Funds organised under Dimensional Funds ICVC, an Open-Ended Investment Company (OEIC), are registered in England and Wales. Funds organised under Dimensional Funds plc are part of an umbrella fund constituted as an investment company with variable capital under the laws of Ireland and authorised by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2003 as an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS). Class C (Income) and Class D (Accumulation) shares are available to UK investors.
