The following is only a summary of the Fund. For a full description, please consult the Fund's prospectus.

The investment policy of the United Kingdom Core Equity Fund is to purchase a broad and diverse group of transferable securities of United Kingdom companies with an increased exposure to small cap stocks and those it deems eligible value stocks. Generally, the Fund intends to purchase a broad and diverse group of readily marketable stocks of United Kingdom companies traded principally on the London Stock Exchange or on an over-the-counter market (primarily the United Kingdom over-the-counter market) and included in the FTSE All-Share Index. Companies are considered small primarily based on a company's market capitalisation. Companies are considered value primarily because a company's shares have a high book value in relation to their market value. In assessing value, Dimensional Ltd. may consider additional factors such as price to cash flow or price to earnings ratios, as well as economic conditions and developments in the issuer's industry. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest most of its net assets in securities of United Kingdom companies.

The United Kingdom Core Equity Fund is organised under Dimensional Funds ICVC, an investment company with variable capital incorporated with limited liability and registered in England and Wales under the Open Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001. Dimensional Funds ICVC is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Past performance of a fund does not necessarily indicate future performance.

The principal risks associated with an investment in this fund are market risk, equities risk, value stocks risk, portfolio turnover risk, charges to capital, and the liabilities of Dimensional Funds ICVC. An investment in this fund may also involve the risks associated with the use of when-issued and delayed-delivery securities, futures and options contracts, and convertible securities.
